Loonapalooza 2025 Events
Join us for Loonapalooza 2025 on August 22, as the Friends of Seney National Wildlife Refuge celebrate the 90th anniversary of Seney NWR with an afternoon of learning and an evening of fun. The day begins at 2:00 PM with Loonapalooza Lectures 2025 at the Erickson Center’s Pine Performance Center... featuring four engaging talks from regional historians, scientists, and conservationists. These free public lectures will highlight the refuge’s rich natural and cultural history.
Afterward, Friends of Seney NWR members are invited to a celebratory social starting at 6:30 PM at the Erickson Center for the Arts. Enjoy refreshments, activities, and the chance to honor nine decades of conservation and community in the heart of the Upper Peninsula.
